Vira (Faith) Wool Framed Wall Art
This alternate colorway of the Vira wall art features undyed sheep's wool. The rhombus shape around a central icon represents the "harrow," a harvesting tool used to prep a field for sowing, a Ukrainian symbol for prosperity. Whether you're looking for harvest blessings or just a beautiful design, the Vira wall art makes a special addition to any home.
Our art is framed in non-fragrant, western Cedar. Cedar offers unique grain striations and will protect your piece too. Design sensibility delivered.
You can be confidant about your purchase, too! We've partnered with an eco-friendly mill that sources old growth, fallen trees in Western Canada, Washington and Oregon. They clear them from the forest in order to replant saplings. Gorgeous for your space and good for the planet, too. I'd say it's a win-win.
Due to the handcrafted nature of this item, expect slight variations in the appearance of each unique piece. By the way, Carpathian sheep are happy because they roam free, which means they sometimes get straw and flowers into their coats. So, if you find a small piece of straw in the wool, feel free to pick it out—although, why would you want to? Consider it a small gift from a fluffy friend.
