• We accept returns and exchanges for items within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. They must also be in their original, protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost and any price difference for the replacement item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

• Please note that the refund will be for the item price only, minus any original and return shipping fees. These fees help us to cover the costs associated with shipping and inventory management, allowing us to maintain accessible prices and support our artisan partnerships. They also help fund initiatives to reduce waste, recycle, and donate items where possible.
